Responsibilities
Special Needs Adolescent Companion Care
- Provide companionship and support for a teenager with special needs
- Engage in activities, outings, bike rides, swimming, and recreational activities
- Encourage independence while providing appropriate supervision and support
- Assist with potty-training goals and pull-up changes as needed
- Travel and provide support when accompanying the family
- House sit and provide support when needed during family travel
Household Assistant Duties
- Family laundry and linen care
- Making beds and maintaining organized living spaces
- Kitchen support, including light meal preparation and evening kitchen cleanup
- Running errands and household-related tasks
- Organizing closets, storage spaces, and household systems
- Assisting with entertaining and special events
- Taking initiative to identify household needs and complete projects independently
- Helping create and maintain an efficient, well-organized home
- Helping care for the family's dogs

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny, household assistant, household manager, and caregiving experience
- Experience working with adolescents and/or individuals with special needs preferred
- Strong professional references demonstrating longevity and reliability
- Ability to ride a bike and swim
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally 4 times a year
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
